Blake Cook

Blake was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona in a family of 10. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the Marine Corps Reserve. He was then able to serve a two-year church mission in Brazil. Upon returning from Brazil he continued his service in the Marine Corps Reserve, completed Marine Officer Candidate School, and graduated from Arizona State University. After graduation, Blake was commissioned as an active duty officer and served in the Marine Corps throughout the world.

Blake’s heart is with his family, Leeanne his wife, and three daughters. He loves them very much and is their number one fan. He enjoys exercising, making his family laugh, watching and playing sports, and serving others.

I have been able to experience the value of honesty and integrity and how it fosters healthy working and personal relationships in any environment. My ability to pay close attention to detail allows me to find the best homes and communities that fit the needs of the families I am working for. I am a problem solver and solution finder and will work tirelessly to find the resources needed for each family.

Blake's passion lies in helping others, and he loves finding the perfect solution for seniors and their families. He is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, a member of the Professional Association of Senior Referral Specialists, and a member of the National Placement and Referral Alliance.

About Senior Care Authority Company History

Senior Care Authority was founded in 2009 by Frank and Michele Samson of Sonoma, California. They opened a local placement agency and learned everything there was to know about finding the right care situation for an older adult needing help with activities of daily living. They came to the Senior Care space with successful business development skills in their past as well as personal family experience finding care solutions. The business took off, primarily due to their diligence, compassion, and commitment to helping families.

​In 2014, the model was franchised and Senior Care Authority is now a national company with offices throughout the US and Canada. As part of their expansion, they partnered with an eldercare consulting practice who brought another set of senior care services and skills to the company, a great differentiator for Senior Care Authority.
